Funding for AT to help individuals live at home and in their communities may be available from the following state, federal, and/or private sources.These sources are organized by disability category as follows:

• For people with physical and/or mental disabilities (except blindness)
• For people who are legally blind
• For people with mental retardation
• For people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Late-Deafened or Oral Deaf
• For veterans with disabilities
